Since 1963 CARPI specializes in waterproofing all types of hydraulic structures (dams, canals, hydro tunnels, shafts, reservoirs, pumped storage schemes, etc.) and civil structures (traffic tunnels, foundations, bridges’ decks, floating covers) with flexible, impermeable geomembranes. CARPI patented systems are used for rehabilitation of all types of hydraulic structures, for new construction of embankment dams, RCC dams, hardfill dams, cofferdams, pumped storage reservoirs, for waterproofing of joints, and for underwater repair, without reducing the water level. CARPI has patented and installed underwater geomembrane systems that waterproof leaking canals without reducing the water speed. Our installations worldwide since 1970 provide evidence of the longevity of our geomembrane systems, which are still in operation today with no maintenance required.
